Q: Are you a factory or a trading company?

A: We are a professional manufacturing, which is focusing on solenoid valve, air brake system valve, and rail system engine parts. We provide perfect OEM and after-sale service.

Q: What is the relationship between VOHO and FONHO?

A: FONHO is our mother company, and FONHO invests VOHO for solenoid valve and air brake system parts.  Mr. Gary Zhang is the owner for both companies.

Q: What is for UNITRUCK?

A: UNITRUCK is our brand, which we are promoting in the market, and UNITRUCK is including filters, air dryers, solenoid valves, and other parts for air brake system, which are produced in our two factories, FONHO & VOHO.

Q: How does your factory control the products quality?

A:  VOHO uses appropriate materials for components, which are the keys for quality, and VOHO is leaded by the Technical Director (CTO) with more than 20 years experience in Air Brake System.

VOHO builds & performs strictly the operation & QC documents, with process requirement, parameters, key points for quality control in every production process.

Q: Can you send me the video to show how the is the production process operation & QC?

A: Certainly, we have made video of every process and uploaded them to Youtube.

Q: Do you make some tests for your products?

A: Yes, we make leakage test 100% for filters, air dryers & all valves before delivery. We also will test some performance parameters in our own laboratory. Please see the test videos in Youtube.

Q: Can I get the samples for free?

A: We can send the samples to you if you request. The samples fee are free from us, and we will discuss with you about the freight cost details.

Q: How can I pay my order? What is the payment term and delivery time?

A: We accept T/T, LC, Alibaba Trade Assurance payments, and we can delivery in 40 days.

Q: Do you have any certification?

A: Yes, we have IATF16949:2016 certification. To offer better quality and better service, we perform strictly in production & QC according to the IATF16949:2016 documents.

Q: How is your after-service?

A: No headache for any complaints. VOHO promises to take all responsibility if it’s caused by VOHO products. VOHO is the name to keep promise. We response quick in 24 hours. We feedback to you with our solution in 3 days.
